Spacious apartment of 125 square meters located in the center of Marbella, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, close to all the services that the city offers, a five-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, so the car is not necessary, however, there is a parking space in the same building included in the rental price for your convenience.

This magnificent apartment is located on the second floor of the Estela building. Access to the second floor is by stairs or by elevator, the building has two elevators. The entrance to the portal is adapted for people in wheelchairs. From the garage you can access the apartment directly by elevator.

The apartment comprises: Large living room with dining table for 6 people, 55″ Smart TV, its own air conditioning and access to the L-shaped furnished terrace with street views. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook such as pots, oven, pans, dishwasher, you will feel at home. In addition, it has a tap for filtered drinking water so you do not have to carry water. From the kitchen there is access to a part of the covered terrace where the washing machine is.

Master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 55” Smart TV, large closet to store your belongings and en-suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan, air conditioning and closet to accommodate your luggage. Second full bathroom with shower over the bath.

🌐 Own Wi-Fi with a minimum speed of 100Mb throughout the house, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Hot/cold air conditioning both in the living room and in both bedrooms.

📅 Please let us know your estimated time of arrival a couple of days before your arrival

🔑 Official Check in time from 4:00 p.m. The keys will be in a safe in our office, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Instructions will be sent to you a couple of days before arrival.

🛌 Bed linen, a set of towels, and a beach towel per guest are included in the rental price.

🚗 The property has its own parking space included in the rental price in the same building.
