New one-bedroom apartment for holiday rental in the east of Marbella, less than a 10-minute walk from Marbella centre, connected to all amenities you may need, such that a car is unnecessary.

The apartment is located in a gated community with 24h security, on the 2nd floor. Accommodation comprises: access by stairs or one of two elevators; entry into the cosy living room with dining area, Smart TV and sofa bed; open kitchen fully-equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, pots etc. to feel at home; access to the furnished terrace with partial sea views; spacious bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe to store your belongings, and access to a small balcony; bathroom with bathtub.

The community of Marbella del Mar has direct access to the Paseo Marítimo via stairs.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box in our office; we will provide you with the information prior to your arrival. It is important that you tell us your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours before.

🛌 Bed linen, a set of towels, and a beach towel per guest included in the rental price.

🚗 The property does not have a car park, so you can park on the street or in a public car park, the closest ones are the Hotel Amare and the Marbella Center Building. This note is merely informative and we have nothing to do with these companies.
