Great studio apartment located on the 1st floor of Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer such bars, supermarkets, restaurants, so the car is not necessary. The studio is facing East with great views over the sea, the park, and the mountains.

This studio comprises: access to the 1st floor by elevator; entrance to the studio; living room with a comfortable sofa and TV with international channels; cozy bedroom with two single beds and windows to the living room; fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc.; full bathroom with shower over the bath, wonderful furnished terrace with sea views.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €2 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
