The location is ideal, right in the center of Marbella surrounded by all the facilities such as restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, on the beachfront. The Old Town and the Marina are just a short walk away so a car is not necessary.
This lovely west-facing apartment comprises; living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 guests and sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and the complex’s gardens and pools; a complete and compact kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher… everything you need you will find in this kitchen; toilte with the washing machine; stairs to the top floor; master bedroom with two single beds and luminous windows with great views; second interior bedroom ( no window) with twin beds; and full bathroom with shower.

β Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
π Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
π If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website).

Cancellations with more than 60 days before arrival 100% of the amount paid for the reservation is returned.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price.
Cancellations within 30 days before arrival there is no refund.

Parties/Events cannot be held.
Customers must reduce noise from 11pm until 8am.

Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card for β¬ 300 one day before your arrival and will be unlocked at the latest 7 days after your departure as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.
50% is required for the booking confirmation and the other 50% 30 days before arrival.
