A super, 1 bedroom 8th floor apartment in Block A of the Edificio Skol, with two terraces giving amazing sea views. This lovely apartment is west facing with uninterrupted sea views to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.
There is a bright lounge / dining room with doors to the main terrace, fitted kitchen with serving hatch. The spacious bedroom has twin beds and doors to the second terrace also with the same incredible views. Plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Both terraces have sun blinds.
π The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
β Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.
πββοΈ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of β¬2 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

β Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
