Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the city´s services. This totally renovated East-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and sun in the morning.

It has been recently renovated, with new quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofa-bed for 2 people, and doors to the furnished terrace, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, and everything else you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds together and fitted wardrobe; and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

‍ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
