The property comprises: access to the first floor by elevator or stairs; enter the apartment to find the modern living-dining room with sofa and dining area for 2 people only, and Smart TV 38″; open kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to cook and feel right at home; access from the dining area to the private terrace with partial sea views, fully furnished to enjoy your meals or simply relax; access from the dining area to the bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed; access from the bedroom to the bathroom with double sink, bidet, WC, and shower.
Puente Menor has a community pool open all year round, and a rooftop solarium where you may enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Marbella.

Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office; we will provide the code prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card for € 300 one day before your arrival and will be unlocked at the latest 7 days after your departure as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.
50% is required for the booking confirmation and the other 50% 30 days before arrival.
