The east-facing apartment has been fully renovated and comprises: a large lounge/bedroom with 2 single beds, a large sofa, and access to the furnished terrace, ideal for summer breakfasts; separate fully-equipped fitted kitchen, with an electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine; and tiled bathroom with shower cabinet. 

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

  Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
