Its west-facing orientation provides beautiful afternoon light and allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets. The apartment also benefits from lovely views over the communal gardens, swimming pools and the sea.

The property features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The comfortable layout makes it an excellent choice for families or two couples looking to enjoy Marbella from a prime beachfront location.

The location is hard to beat. Edificio Skol is situated directly on the beachfront promenade, just a few minutes’ walk from Marbella Marina. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and all essential amenities are right on your doorstep. Parque de la Constitución is directly opposite the building, while Marbella’s charming Old Town is also within easy walking distance.
