Wonderful recently-renovated one bedroom duplex apartment in the well-known Skol Building in the heart of Marbella, on the beachfront and surrounded by all the services that the city offers. The car is not necessary.
This duplex comprises: access to the second floor by elevator; entrance to the living room with a sofa bed and leading to the furnished terrace with sea views, ideal to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, or dinners; open kitchen with everything you need to cook such as a refrigerator, ceramic hobs, pots, dishes; a shower room and toilet on the ground floor; the bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and three single beds, and a full bathroom with shower on the second floor.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.
🏊 Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.
☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price.

Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card for € 300 one day before your arrival and will be unlocked at the latest 7 days after your departure as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.
