Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants, and all the city´s services so the car is not necessary. This totally renovated West-facing apartment has good sea and beach views and afternoon sun.
This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa-bed for 2 guests and doors to the large terrace with exterior table and chairs and sea views. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric hob & microwave.

🏊 Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card for € 300 one day before your arrival and will be unlocked at the latest 7 days after your departure as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.
