Great studio in the well-known Skol Building, on the fifth floor facing east and located on the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by all the services that the city offers, such shops, supermarkets, banks … the car is not necessary.

This magnificent studio comprises of: Access to the fifth floor of the main block by elevator, we enter the recently renovated studio with modern style and quality materials, a cozy bedroom with two single beds and windows to the living room. Living room with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with some international channels. Open kitchen fully equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker … in this kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Full bathroom with modern shower with a small step to access it. From the living room we access the wonderful furnished terrace with sea views.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
