Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the city´s services. This renovated West-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and afternoon sun. A short walk from the Old Town and the Marina.
Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofabed for two people, and doors to the furnished terrace with sea view, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and everything you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobe (there is a curtain instead of a bedroom door); and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊 Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoor community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.
☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towels) per guest are included in the rental price.
🚗 If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website)

Refundable damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card for € 300 one day before your arrival and will be unlocked at the latest 7 days after your departure as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.
50% is required for the booking confirmation and the other 50% 30 days before arrival.
