Wonderful duplex apartment with excellent sea views on the 7th floor of Block A in the Skol Complex, front line beach in the heart of Marbella, and 50m from the Marbella’s famous Puerto Deportivo.
This lovely west-facing apartment enjoys spectacular sunsets; your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible! Accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with huge windows and access to the terrace with privileged views; fully-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.; stairs from the lounge to the top floor; master bedroom with double bed and superb views; second bedroom with three single beds; and separate bathroom with shower over the bath.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊♀️ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

☕ Cafeteria is open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
