Great one bedroom apartment with sea views in the well-known “Mediterraneo” Building, located on the beachfront in the center of Marbella, surrounded by all the services that the city offers, so the car is not necessary.
This magnificent west-facing apartment is renovated with quality materials and furnished in a modern style mixed with a vintage touch that makes this place ideal for your vacation and feels like home.
The apartment comprises; access to the third floor by lift or stairs, there are four lifts for your convenience. Entrance hall. Bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a large built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings, and a ceiling fan. USB plug to be able to charge your devices regardless of the type of plug. Full bathroom with shower. Charming living-dining room with sofa bed, 55” Smart TV with some international channels, dining area and wonderful open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook, such as dishwasher, oven, induction stove… all appliances are of high quality. Access to the wonderful furnished terrace with great views of the sea and the wonderful “Avenida del Mar” with its beautiful statues of Salvador Dalí, whose doors open like an accordion so it will seem that the living room is part of the terrace, a real luxury.

🔑 Check-in from 4 pm: keys at reception, open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals.

Refundable damage deposit
