Superb and spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the 1st floor in the residential complex Parque Marbella, located in the heart of Marbella and only 2nd line to the beach, with views to the famous Parque de la Constitucion.
This south-west corner apartment is in a very quiet location and comprises; a large living/dining room with flat-screen TV and UK channels; a glazed terrace with views overlooking the park; a lovely kitchen fitted with oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dining table, etc.; bedroom with two beds; and bathroom with rain shower. The bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi connection.
A mere 2-minute walk from the beach, you will find yourself surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, or anything you need to make your stay perfect. Parque

🏊 Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoor community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.
